If your neighborhood organization (1) represents an historic neighborhood in the City of Colorado Springs in which at least a majority of the buildings and structures are at least 50 years old,

(2) is a voluntary group of individual residents and property owners within a certain prescribed area of the city, and

(3) is organized, has bylaws and elected officers (or is in process of approving bylaws and electing officers) formed for the purpose of collectively addressing issues and interests common to and widely perceived in the area, your organization is welcome to join us

Associate members are any individual, civic group, non-profit group, or business interested in supporting the Mission and Purposes of HNP. Associates are non-voting members.

Any HNO (as defined above) interested in joining the HNP may do so by submitting a written application that will be formally considered by HNP at its next regular meeting.

Individuals and groups seeking to be Associate members (as defined above) will submit a written application that will be formally considered by the HNP at its next regular meeting.
